We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.

Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.
Defective or Damaged Products: If merchandise is received defective or damaged, the defect or damage must be reported at time of delivery or receipt of merchandise by calling customer service at 800-280-0091. Fuse will be responsible for the pickup and re-delivery of any service or ex-change item provided the item was delivered by Fuse. A service technician will always be the first resort to ensure simple settings or adjustments (including panel replacements) will not resolve the issue. If a service technician is able to resolve the issue. This will satisfy the merchandise being received in good condition.

Cancellations: Returns & Cancellations are subject to approval by Fuse Management. If approved, there will be a minimum 30% restocking fee. Special orders, accessories, ventilation, and customized product cannot be cancelled.
The Product Does Not Meet Your Needs: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return. Product returns (if approved) must be made within 15 days of the date you receive your order. Product must be in brand new uninstalled condition. Previously installed, special order or special modifications cannot be returned under any circumstances. All accessories, clean instruction books and warranty card must be returned. Product that does not meet the criteria or has been used may not be returned. Fuse reserves the right to decline to an exchange or accept the return of ANY product other than the product that is initially defective after the 15 day period. Refunds for products being returned will be issued only once the products are received back to Fuse and meet our product return criteria listed. Product that does not fill will be subject to additional return and shipping/delivery fees and in some cases significant restocking charges can apply.
All special order items are final sale and will not be eligible for return if delivered and/or out of the box.
Outlet & Floor Models: All items must be paid in full and delivered within 7 days of date of purchase. All items are sold as is, all sales final, no returns, refunds, and no layaways. If upon receiving the item and unit is refused by customer for physical damage or if Fuse determines that the unit is non-repairable. Fuse will issue a refund for the purchase price of the unit only.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Local Sales tax goes by county. Miami, Palm Beach, Collier (Naples), Broward (FTL) are all 1%. The taxes are based on the ship-to address, so if you are out of these counties, we will have to adjust to your county tax.
