For the first time, experience the perfect glass of wine on-demand from your favorite bottles at home. Plum features state-of-the-art preservation, cooling and automation to serve wine by the glass from any standard 750ml bottle, with any closure. Whether red or white, Plum delivers the perfect glass.

Plum’s motorized system pierces the foil and closure, pressurizing the bottle with argon gas. Plum extracts the wine when you’re ready to drink it, in customized servings, for up to 90 days.

Plum works with any standard 750ml bottle of wine with any closure, including natural cork, engineered cork, artificial cork and even metal screw caps.

Plum’s two separate cooling chambers set the perfect serving temperature for each varietal, so you can have sauvignon blanc at 46 degrees and cabernet at 66 degrees.

Plum identifies your wine, chills it to its ideal serving temperature and preserves it for up to 90 days, so you can enjoy the perfect glass at a single touch.

Plum’s 7-inch, full-color IPS touchscreen lights up with a proximity sensor, and displays labels and key information about the wine.

Plum has a built-in automated cleaning system, so it's always ready to pour the perfect glass.
